Control of Tobacco Product (Amendment) Regulations 2010
COMMENTS: The Control of Tobacco Product (Amendment) Regulations 2010 amend the Control of Tobacco Product Regulations 2004. The amendments prohibit smoking in air conditioned workplaces, among other things.
