COMMENTS: The Law No. 10-033 of July 12, 2010 on the Sale and Consumption of Tobacco and Tobacco Products regulates, among other things, restrictions on public smoking; tobacco advertising, promotion and sponsorship; and tobacco packaging and labeling. The Law authorizes the Council of Ministers to issue decrees implementing the law.
