COMMENTS: Law No. 887-VQ on Restriction of Tobacco Use is the primary tobacco control law, and contains provisions regulating smoke free places and tobacco advertising, promotion and sponsorship. In addition, the law establishes principles of protection and outlines responsibilities of the State and of municipalities.
