Act Amending the Restriction on the Use of Tobacco Products and Related Products Act (ZOUTPI-B)
COMMENTS: The Act Amending the Restriction on the Use of Tobacco Products and Related Products Act (ZOUTPI-B) is the second act amending the Restriction on the Use of Tobacco Products and Related Products Act of 2017. The changes include the elimination of designated smoking rooms beginning December 31, 2025, prohibiting flavors other than tobacco flavor in e-cigarettes, and bringing nicotine-free e-liquid under the same regulatory framework as nicotine-containing e-liquid.
