Public Health (Standardised Packaging of Tobacco) Act 2015
COMMENTS: The Public Health (Standardised Packaging of Tobacco) Act 2015 was passed in March 2015 and requires that corporate labels and branding be removed from product packaging and replaced with brand names in a standard color and font.
