COMMENTS: The Products and Smoking Devices (Simulating Cigarettes or Tobacco) (Control) Regulations, 2010 (L.N. 22) make the provisions of the Tobacco (Smoking Control) Act and implementing regulations applicable to e-cigarettes with regard to advertising and smoking in public places.
