Tobacco Products (Control of Advertising, Sponsorship and Sales Promotion) (Amendment) Regulations 1994 (S.I. No. 28 of 1994)
COMMENTS: The Tobacco Products (Control of Advertising, Sponsorship and Sales Promotion) (Amendment) Regulations 1994 (S.I. No. 28 of 1994) amend the health warning requirements contained in Tobacco Products (Control of Advertising, Sponsorship and Sales Promotion) Regulations 1991 (S.I. No. 326 of 1991). These requirements have since been replaced by subsequent statutory instruments.
