Tobacco Products (Control of Advertising, Sponsorship and Sales Promotion) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 (S.I. No. 243 of 2009)
COMMENTS: The Tobacco Products (Control of Advertising, Sponsorship and Sales Promotion) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 (S.I. No. 243 of 2009) amend the Tobacco Products (Control of Advertising, Sponsorship and Sales Promotion) Regulations 1991 (S.I. No. 326 of 1991) and repeal the point of sale exemption to the advertising ban.
