COMMENTS: The Decree on Tobacco and Similar Products (SFS 2019:223) supplements the provisions in the Act on Tobacco and Similar Products (SFS 2018:2088). The Decree has been amended several times; the versions uploaded here contain amendments through November 24, 2022.
It repeals the Decree on Tobacco (Tobacco Regulation) (SFS 2016:354) and the Decree on Electronic Cigarettes and Refill Containers (SFS 2017:429).
To the best of our knowledge, all laws provided here are in effect as of April 12, 2026 unless otherwise noted.
