Road Traffic Act, Cap. 68 (as amended)
COMMENTS: Road Traffic Act, Cap. 68 is relevant to tobacco control in that it provides the definitions of “public service vehicle” and types of public transport listed in Schedule Two of the Tobacco (Prohibition in Certain Places) Notification, 2007.
