COMMENTS: The Regulations Relating to the Standards for Manufacturing of Reduced Ignition Propensity (RIP) Cigarettes were issued under the Tobacco Products Control Act. The Regulations set forth, among other things, product testing and certification requirements, and packaging and marking requirements.
