COMMENTS: Ministry of Health Resolution 549/2026 requires emerging tobacco and nicotine products, including e-cigarettes, heated tobacco products and nicotine pouches, to comply with Law No. 26,687 and Decree No. 602/2013. Resolution 549/2026 repeals Resolution 565/2023, which prohibited the prohibits the importation, distribution, and sale of heated tobacco products.
