Resolution No. 1 of 2018
COMMENTS: Resolution No. 1 of 2018 suspends the effect of Circulars No. 005 and 011 of 2012, which had provided guidance around point of sale product display. Thus, pursuant to Resolution No. 1 of 2018, product display is banned.
