Regulations no. 2131 of 17 June 2021 on approval schemes for new tobacco and nicotine products (as amended)
COMMENTS: Regulations no. 2131 of 17 June 2021 on approval schemes for new tobacco and nicotine products establish the process by which new tobacco and nicotine products (products placed on the market after May 19, 2014) can be approved for sale. Under the transitional provisions (as most recently amended by Regulations no. 932 of 10 June 2024), the import and sale of e-cigarettes and refill containers with nicotine are prohibited until July 1, 2025.
