Radio and Television Act (SFS 2010:696) (as amended)
COMMENTS: The Radio and Television Act (SFS 2010:696) governs television and radio programming and advertising in Sweden. For purposes of tobacco control, it prohibits tobacco and e-cigarette sponsorship of radio and television programs and paid placement of tobacco products and e-cigarettes on TV programs. It refers to the Tobacco Act as governing tobacco advertising on TV and radio.
