COMMENTS: Republic Act No. 11467 amends the National Internal Revenue Code, replacing some of the amendments made by Republic Act No. 11346. These amendments increase the excise on heated tobacco products and e-cigarettes and prohibits flavored e-cigarettes other than "plain tobacco" and "plain menthol."
