COMMENTS: The Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Prohibited Tobacco Products) Regulations 2014 (as amended) contain categories of tobacco products the import, distribution, and sale of which is prohibited. The named categories currently include oral and nasal snuff, shisha tobacco, and electronic nicotine delivery systems (e.g., electronic cigarettes).
