COMMENTS: The Tobacco Control (Prohibited Tobacco Products) Regulations 2026 prohibit the manufacture, sale, advertising, sponsorship, import, export, possession, and use of "adulterated smokeless tobacco products", which is defined as any smokeless tobacco product containing additives or substances harmful to health which includes, snuff, chewing tobacco, and branded products such as Copen.
