Public Health (Restrictions on Tobacco Products) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2023
COMMENTS: The Public Health (Restrictions on Tobacco Products) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2023 amend the list of "public places" contained in Schedule 1 by removing public beaches, hotels, and outdoor areas of cafes, bars, nightclubs, and restaurants. These deletions are significant because smoking is banned in public places.
To the best of our knowledge, all laws provided here are in effect as of April 15, 2026 unless otherwise noted.
