Ministry of Public Health Order No. 572 of March 30, 2007 Regarding the Alteration and Completion of Order No. 764/2004 to Approve the Norms Regarding the Use of Color Photographs or Other Illustrations as Part of Health Warnings on Tobacco Packages
COMMENTS: Ministry of Health Order No. 572 of March 30, 2007 Regarding the Alteration and Completion of Order No. 764/2004 to Approve the Norms Regarding the Use of Color Photographs or Other Illustrations as Part of Health Warnings on Tobacco Packages was issued under and implements Law 349/2002. The Order amends Order No. 764/2004 to clarify, among other things, that the regulations apply to both unit and outside packaging of tobacco products and that rotation is required.
