Ministry of Health Order No. 47/2025, Fourth Order Amending Order No. 453/2021 Relating to Standardized Packaging and Printing of Graphic Health Warnings on Cigar and Tobacco Products.
COMMENTS: Order No. 47/2025 amends certain provisions relating to health warnings and other packaging provisions for tobacco products contained in Order No. 453/2021. It also allows for the sale of tobacco products that do not comply with the Order through October 20, 2025.
