Interministerial Order No. 020 Setting the Terms for the Use of Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products by Smokers in Places for Shared Use
COMMENTS: Interministerial Administrative Order No. 20, dated May 24, 2011, was issued under Law No. 2006-12 and regulated restrictions on smoking in public places and establishes associated duties. The requirements were superseded by those contained in Law No. 2017-27.
