Ministry of Health Notification No. 347/2023, Third Order Amending Order No. 453/2021 Relating to Standardized Packaging and Printing of Graphic Health Warnings on Cigar and Tobacco Products
COMMENTS: Notification 347/2023 amends the effective date of Order No. 453/2021 to December 31, 2024. As of this date, plain packaging will be required at the manufacturer level, with plain packaging of cigarettes required at the retail level 90 days later - March 31, 2025.
