COMMENTS: Decree of the Minister of Justice of 26 November 1996 was issued pursuant to the Act of November 9, 1995 on Protection of Public Health Against the Effects of Tobacco Use. The decree regulates smoking in facilities under the supervision of the Ministry of Justice, including remand centers, penitentiaries, correction facilities, and juvenile facilities.
