COMMENTS: Decree No. 2010-1008 Concerning Packaging and Labeling of Tobacco Products for Sale in Madagascar establishes new requirements for the packaging and labeling of tobacco products “in application of the provisions of Article 11” of the WHO FCTC. In conjunction with the provisions in Interministerial Order No. 14.762/2012, Decree No. 2010-1008 replaces the packaging and labeling provisions of Interministerial Order No. 18171.
