COMMENTS: Decree of Ministry of Health of 24 February 2004 on testing the amount of certain substances in cigarette smoke and the notifications and warnings placed on tobacco product packaging was issued pursuant to the Act of November 9, 1995 on Protection of Public Health Against the Effects of Tobacco Use. The decree sets forth the specific size, content, placement, and rotation of health warnings required on tobacco product packaging.
