COMMENTS: Decree of the Minister of National Defence of 25 May 2000 was issued pursuant to the Act of November 9, 1995 on Protection of Public Health Against the Effects of Tobacco Use. The decree regulates smoking in facilities occupied or supervised by the Ministry of National Defence.
