COMMENTS: Law No. LRU-1098 amends Law No. ZRU-844 on Restricting the Distribution and Consumption of Alcohol and Tobacco Products to ban e-cigarettes and liquids for use in e-cigarettes. It also amends the Criminal Code and Code of Administrative Responsibility to impose penalties for the illegal circulation or production of prohibited tobacco products, e-cigarettes and e-cigarettes liquids.
To the best of our knowledge, all laws provided here are in effect as of July 6, 2026 unless otherwise noted.
