Law No. 9/2017, Amending Law No. 5/2011 on the Regime for Prevention and Control of Tobacco Use
COMMENTS: Law No. 9/2017 amends Law No. 5/2011 on the Regime for Prevention and Control of Tobacco Use. The changes include stronger restrictions on smoking in public places, a ban on product display at most points of sale, a ban on the sale of electronic cigarettes, and restrictions on the use of and advertising for electronic cigarettes.
