COMMENTS: Law No. 8/X/2022 is the primary legislation governing tobacco control. It regulates, among other things, smoke free places; tobacco packaging and labeling; tobacco advertising, promotion, and sponsorship; tobacco product contents and disclosure; and sales restrictions.
