Law No. 64 of 2024 to Amend and Supplement Certain Regulations in the Field of Tobacco Products
COMMENTS: Law No. 64 of 2024 amends two laws related to tobacco control - Law No. 201/2016 and Law No. 349/2002. The law prohibits vending machine sales, updates packaging and labeling information, and provides a minimum age for the purchase of e-cigarettes.
