COMMENTS: Law No. 5/2011, Regime for prevention and control of tobacco use, is the primary tobacco control law for Macau and governs, among other things, smoke free environments, advertising, promotion and sponsorship, and packaging and labeling. The version uploaded contains amendments through Law No. 9/2017. The Original Language file is in both Chinese and Portuguese. The law was subsequently amended by Law No. 13/2022, uploaded separately below.
