Law No. 32159, Law on the Consumption Control of Tobacco and Nicotine Products, or their Substitutes, for the Protection of Life and Health
COMMENTS: Law 32159 regulates, among other things, smoking in public places, tobacco advertising, promotion and sponsorship, and tobacco packaging and labeling. It also introduces regulations on heated tobacco products, electronic nicotine delivery systems, electronic non-nicotine delivery systems, and nicotine pouches.
This law has not yet been reviewed by our legal staff and has not been relied on for the purposes of our analysis. We are providing it here for informational purposes only.
