Law No. 3 of January 16, 2003
COMMENTS: Article 51 of Law No. 3 of January 16, 2003 prohibits smoking in enclosed places except for designated smoking rooms and requires ventilation of designated smoking rooms. The Law also retains in force certain provisions of Law No. 584 of November 11, 1975.
