Federal Law No. 274-FZ of October 21, 2013
COMMENTS: Federal Law No. 274-FZ of October 21, 2013 on Amendments to the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences and the Federal law “On Advertising” contains amendments based on Federal Law No. 15-FZ of February 23, 2013 on tobacco control. The amendments establish the penalties for violations of provisions on smoke free places and tobacco advertising, promotion and sponsorship. The law amends the Federal law on Advertising to reflect the prohibition of tobacco advertising and promotion as contained in Federal Law No. 15-FZ.
