COMMENTS: Law No. 186 amends Law No. 121 on the Protection of Health of the Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic from the Effects of Tobacco and Nicotine Consumption and from Exposure to Ambient Tobacco Smoke and Aerosol to prohibit the importation, circulation, and use of e-cigarettes. In addition, the law includes related amendments to the Code on Offenses and the Criminal Code.
