COMMENTS: Law No. 125 amends Law No. 278-XVI on Tobacco Control to expand the places where smoking is prohibited, require visible health warnings at the beginning and end of television programs featuring tobacco products, and ban the sale of nicotine pouches and flavored heated tobacco products. Law No. 125 also contains related amendments to the Misdemeanor Code of Moldova and the Code of Audiovisual Media Services of Moldova.
