COMMENTS: Law No. 08/2013 of March 1, 2013 Relating to the Control of Tobacco regulates smoking in public places, places a few restrictions on tobacco advertising and sponsorship, and details several requirements of tobacco product packaging and labeling. Both the Original Language and the English Language Translation files contain the law in Kinyarwanda, English, and French.
