Industrial Safety and Health Act (Act No. 57 of June 8, 1972), Chapter VII-2, Measures for Creating a Comfortable Work Environment
COMMENTS: Article 71 of Industrial Safety and Health Act (Act No. 57 of June 8, 1972), Chapter VII-2, Measures for Creating a Comfortable Work Environment requires employers to “endeavor to create a comfortable working environment" and authorizes the Ministry of Labour Health and Welfare to issue guidelines to implement this provision.
