COMMENTS: GOST 58109-2018, Liquids for Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems - General Specifications is a national standard of the Russian Federation establishing requirements for e-cigarettes. The standard includes required information on product packaging, requirements for ingredients, and testing requirements, among other things. The standard was subsequently amended in 2023.
The standard was made binding as of September 1, 2022, pursuant to Resolution No. 2425 of December 23, 2021.
