COMMENTS: G.S.R. 331(E) announces the Cigarettes and other Tobacco Products (Packaging and Labelling) Second Amendment Rules, 2018. The amended rules establish the next round of pictorial health warnings, which are required to appear on tobacco product packaging beginning on September 1, 2018. The new health warnings also include a quitline phone number. The uploaded files are in both English and Hindi.
