COMMENTS: G.S.R. 292(E) announces the Cigarettes and other Tobacco Products (Packaging and Labelling) Amendment Rules, 2017. The rules establish that the second of the two health warnings contained in G.S.R. 727(E) is to be used on product packaging beginning April 1, 2017.
