COMMENTS: G.S.R. 248(E) announces the Cigarettes and other Tobacco Products (Packaging and Labelling) Amendment Rules, 2020. The amended rules establish the next round of pictorial health warnings, which were originally required to appear on tobacco product packaging beginning on September 1, 2020. G.S.R. 458(E) delayed the effective date to December 1, 2020. The uploaded files are in both English and Hindi.
