COMMENTS: Fixed Penalty (Smoking Offences) Ordinance (Cap. 600) provides for a fixed penalty to be payable for certain offenses in violation of the Smoking (Public Health) Ordinance. The Ordinance has been amended several times, most recently in November 2017.
