COMMENTS: The Regulations on health warnings on tobacco products and on content declaration for and limitations on the levels of certain constituents of cigarette smoke (FHIFS 2001:2) implement provisions of the Tobacco Act on packaging and labeling and sets forth, among other things, requirements for health warnings that must be displayed on tobacco product packaging.
