Executive Order No. 106
COMMENTS: The provisions of Executive Order No. 106, Prohibiting the Manufacture, Distribution, Marketing and Sale of Unregistered and/or Adulterated Electronic Nicotine/Non-Nicotine Delivery Systems, Heated Tobacco Products and Other Novel Tobacco Products, Amending Executive Order No. 26 (S. 2017) and for Other Purposes, have been repealed by subsequent instruments.
To the best of our knowledge, all laws provided here are in effect as of December 22, 2025 unless otherwise noted.
