COMMENTS: Relevant to tobacco control, the Environmental Public Health Act provides definitions of several terms referenced in the Smoking (Prohibition in Certain Places) Notification. These terms include “food establishment” and “market.” The Environmental Public Health Act was most recently amended by Act 15 of 2010.
