Environmental Public Health Act (as amended) (excerpt)
COMMENTS: Relevant to tobacco control, the Environmental Public Health Act provides definitions of several terms referenced in the Smoking (Prohibition in Certain Places) Regulations 2018. These terms include “food establishment” and “market.” The Environmental Public Health Act was most recently amended on December 1, 2021.
