COMMENTS: Articles 6 and 22 of the Enforcement Rules of the National Health Promotion Act amend smoke free areas to include any business with an indoor resting place as of January 1, 2019 and provide information regarding the application forms for mitigation of administrative fines as of June 4, 2020.
