European Communities (Manufacture, Presentation and Sale of Tobacco Products) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 (S.I. No. 255 of 2008)
COMMENTS: The European Communities (Manufacture, Presentation and Sale of Tobacco Products) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 (S.I. No. 255 of 2008) amended the European Communities (Manufacturing, Presentation and Sale of Tobacco Products) Regulations 2003, mandating that health warnings be displayed in both English and Irish and increasing the size of warnings. The regulations were repealed by the European Union (Manufacture, Presentation and Sale of Tobacco and Related Products) Regulations 2016.
