COMMENTS: The Prohibition of Electronic Cigarettes (Production, Manufacture, Import, Export, Transport, Sale, Distribution, Storage and Advertisement) Act, 2019 (No. 42 of 2019) replaces the 2019 E-Cigarette Ordinance. The Act bans the sale and advertising of e-cigarettes, e-cigarette components, and heated tobacco products.
